Flexitufter: Automatic tufting machine for cushions.

Working procedure:
The cushions are placed on a conveyor between two sewing heads placed opposite each other. Via a photocell the cushions are fed into position and the tufting takes place automatically.
The position of the sewing head is programmable. The needle distance between the sewing heads can be set between 15 and 60 cm. It is also possible to sew in the middle of the cushion. The computer can hold several patterns. Normal working rate is 20-30 tufts per minute. FLEXITUFTER can be combined with a cross seam machine and an automatic packing station.

Standard Equipment:
Conveyor 4x0,6 m.
Thread guard for the upper thread.
