Alex: Machine to sew cross seams in garden cushions.
The only fully automatic machine on the market!

Working procedure:
With ALEX the usual handling with sewing and closing garden cushions is eliminated.
The cushions are placed on a conveyor and via a photocell brought into position and sewn automatically.
The computer can hold 50 models.

The sewing is made by a HECTOR Long machine on wheels.
The cushions to be closed are placed with the opening down.
A photocell senses the edge of the fabric for exact positioning and fingers stretch the fabric.

Normal working rate is 3-5 seams per minute. You can combine ALEX with a conveyor for feeding and with WANDA for an automatic line.

Standard Equipment:
2 conveyors 1 x 0,5 m.
Thread guard for the upper thread.

OPTIONS
ALEX II is the manual version of the ALEX without automatic function and conveyors.
